The canine was begging for help! They placed him in chains on the road before leaving. Numerous cars drove by in a line, but none of them ever stopped. They see the poor dog, but they don't want to take him home to look after him or even just free him from the chains.
That renders his life impossible! The dog cannot escape because the leash is too tight. He cried out in fear as he sat trembling on the railing.
The puppy is only a few weeks old. The people who cruelly abandoned him don't have a place in this world. God will chastise them. They are cruel and horrible, and they will have to pay for the suffering they inflicted on this helpless dog!
