The Dog Is Still Waiting By The Empty Hospital Bed Witнout Knowing The Owner Has Passed Away

Another evidence that dogs are among the most lovable animals in the world was a touching photo of a dog waiting for his master next to an empty hospital bed. An image of the terrible tragedy that was captured rapidly became popular on social media.

Moose, a three-year-old Labrador mix, was going to be euthanized because the shelter was already full and no one wanted to adopt him. Moose was fortunate to find a new home after being adopted from Eleventh Hour Rescue in Randolph, New Jersey.

A year after the bereaved puppy had finally found a home, his father went away from cancer. Moose was just aware of the need to wait; he was not aware that his father had died away. He knows his beloved human would never come back, yet he still has faith in miracles.

Eleventh Hour Rescue volunteers who were inconsolable worked fast to bring Moose inside their safe haven. Everyone at the shelter adored Moose, and they did everything in their power to find him a home as quickly as possible.

Eleventh Hour Rescue's policy, according to executive committee member Linda Barish, is "that we take the pets back whatever when the owner dies away." We didn't anticipate that this would occur in a million years.

In an attempt to find Moose a local foster or adoptive home, NorthStar Pet Rescue and Eleventh Hour Rescue posted his story and picture online. Many thousands of comments have been made in reaction to the picture online.

On Facebook, Eleventh Hour Rescue said that Moose, who was unaware that "Dad" had died, patiently waited beside his father's hospital bed for him to come back.

As the picture went viral online, they started receiving several requests to adopt Moose. According to Eleventh Hour Rescue, Moose was adopted by his new, forever family three days later.

The impact of social media helped Moose find his permanent home. Learn more about what happened to Moose by watching the video below.

Dogs have emotions, and the adorable photo of Moose demonstrates that they may even have higher levels of compassion than humans. Please let your family and friends know about this horrible incident!
